The Stag Suite
Make use of the Stag Suite, our dedicated function room. This bright, airy space is chock-full of historical character yet equipped with all the modern facilities you need for a memorable occasion. Located at the back of the building, the suite has its own entrance but provides easy access to our bar and hotel.
The Stag Suite comfortably accommodates up to 45 guests.

Our rooms
We’d be delighted to host you and your guests at the White Hart Hotel. Here, you’ll find 28 individually designed rooms – each furnished to modern standards while maintaining the unique character of our Grade II-listed Georgian hostelry. All rooms include ensuite bathrooms (many with baths, as well as showers) plus flatscreen TVs and tea and coffee-making facilities.
Location and parking
The White Hart Hotel is located in the thriving Dartmoor town of Moretonhampstead – recently voted the best small town in Devon. Moments from the A30 and A38, it’s easy to access yet delivers all the charm of a rural countryside escape.
There are no parking facilities on-site. However, the town has two pay-and-display car parks, both easily reachable on foot. The closest is on Station Road, less than 100 metres away from our hotel.
