Our Dog Friendly Hotel on Dartmoor
Dogs and Dartmoor go together - and well-behaved dogs on leads are very welcome in our dog friendly rooms. We provide a dog bed, bowl, towel, and treat bag for just £10 per dog per night.
In addition to this warm welcome and our relaxing atmosphere, we have 'The Canine Menu' - featuring rabbit, venison & boar treats - all grain free, high in protein & hypoallergenic - so your pooch can enjoy their holiday at The White Hart Hotel!
Dartmoor is great walking country, and we have lots of guests who bring their four-legged friends with them on holiday. Your four-legged friend is welcome everywhere in our dog friendly hotel on Dartmoor, however please be considerate to other guests. We do ask that you keep dogs under control at all times, on a lead, as a courtesy to other guests. One final request is that you keep them off the furniture and that you do not leave them unattended in your room.
If you want to go off exploring, we have a walking routes leaflet available and staff will be happy to suggest other walks in and around Moretonhamstead and surrounding areas. There are numerous fantastic places to walk with or without your hound.
