Welcome to the new White Hart. We've treated our restaurant and bar to a £500,000 refurbishment, uplifting these once-tired spaces with tasteful modern décor and a brand-new culinary team. Discover fresh flavours, fresh approaches and a refreshingly friendly atmosphere.
Afternoon Tea
A traditional Devonshire cream tea served in the heart of Dartmoor National Park. Does it get any better than that? Treat yourself to an afternoon of guilt-free indulgence, complete with home-baked fruit or plain scones with Devon jam and clotted cream.
Sunday Lunch
Our Sunday roasts are already legendary. Savour the flavour of crisp roast potatoes, succulent vegetables and moreish meats, served with stuffing and lashings of gravy. (Good news, vegetarians – the nut roast is just as delicious.)
The White Hart Bar
The White Hart Hotel has been a free house since George III was on the throne. Now, under the custodianship of the Jackson family, our bar once again represents the beating heart of the local community. Expect local ales, top-tier spirits and a warm, cosy atmosphere – roaring fire included.
